- What does “Palé” mean?
- It is PA + LÉ — Paula and Alejandro, the founders' two children. It also sounds like paleta, the Spanish word for a popsicle, which is exactly what we make.
- What is a gelato paleta?
- Real Italian gelato frozen onto a stick, hand-dipped in chocolate, then finished with a topping. Gelato is denser and less airy than what a scoop shop serves — this is that, on a stick.
- Do toppings cost extra?
- The chocolate dip and one topping are included in the price. Every topping after that is $0.75.
- Can I take the coffee home?
- Yes. Colombian dark and medium roast, whole bean or ground, by the bag.
- Can I bring a group?
- Yes — birthdays, teams, church groups and company events. Send us a message with the date and how many people and we will sort it out.
